Hi Lisa. I'm glad to hear you're up and printing again. Must be a relief for you and your son. Sometimes the spooler service just gets turned off. I have no clue how, but it's happened to me once before, and I also got a false error message of some kind, though I can't remember whether it was a no driver message. I just know that I found out that it was really the fault of the spooler service missing in action. Computers do mysterious things sometimes. Enjoy your printer.
