A few things. First, is the rest of your computer slow, or is it just word? Have you tried typing in notepad and is it slow there too, or is it just word? Have you checked out the keyboard settings, or have you replaced your keyboard? Have you checked the connection of the keyboard and the card? thanks Nimer J
