Hi, ask him to try a different browser, such as Firefox. I'm not saying IE's the problem here; I'm just suggesting another possibility, trying to download it using a third party browser. I must admit I like Firefox 3's new download manager, in that downloads can now be resumed from where it's left off. Hope that helps.
