Hi Denny,

Not sure if you've resolved the download issue with your friend's PC or not 
but here is something to consider. If he is using a wireless connection, 
Windows may be dropping the connection to the internet.

Windows has a service called "Windows Zero Configuration". This service will 
disconnect and reconnect your wireless connection periodically in order to 
find a better connection, sounds good but can be annoying. You can disable 
this service by doing the following run command once you have a good 
wireless connection.

1. In Windows, Start > Run...
2. <Type> net stop wzcsvc <press enter>

Just something to try.
