Hi, Annette, I had to end up calling verizon and the tech support guy helped me reset the account as if it was a brand-new account. I hadn't gotten that password dialog box in a long time. I did the same things you did and nothing worked so I ended up calling verizon. You might have to do the same thing if you can't solve the problem. Rosemarie
