not only blind but hearing impaird can't understand foreign accents. So She 
uses the interactive Del Chat to get her laptop worked on if needed since

I finally called verizon yesterday and the problem did get resolved. I
know I have a tendency to be stubborn because I've had problems with
people I could hardly understand when they were trying to tell me
something. I did get a nice techie who I was able to understand.
