[Blind-Computing] jaws 10

Hello I am having difficulty with jaws not wanting to stay on highlighted mode. 
 It keeps going to say all mode.  I changed in the configuration settings and 
it said it is on highlight mode, not say all.  But it keeps ending up on say 
all mode randomly.  I repaired it and it did not fix the problem.  Any 
suggestions?  Heather
