Hi Maria; Thank you for your response. According to what I found out today the computer is in definite need of a very thorough cleaning. It hasn't been cleaned in quite some time and hasn't had an active anti- virus program or anti spyware program working in, at minimum or used in at least 4 months. Thanks again, take care. I've heard that people with Cable Internet may run slower than others, depending on the number of subscribers on at any given time. Just a thought.
