Hi Ishe; This is really weird. I remember seeing that in the past and I can't find Set Program Access and Defaults anywhere on my computer. I have looked in the Start Menu, all the different folders in Documents & Settings, the Control Panel, and a couple of other places that I thought it might be. I looked on my wife's computer and it is in her start menu. Is there a way to restore this particular folder or whatever it is, without having to reinstall XP? You find it in All Programs on the start menu.
