Hi Denny;

Thank you so, very very much for these steps.  I had no idea this option was 
available through the control panel!  I have a program called XPLite that 
allows you to add / remove components of the operating system but, I would 
never use this program to alter the OS of someone else's computer.  Thanks 
again, these instructions are a definite keeper.  Take care.

Mike,

    Go to the control panel and then to add and remove programs.
If your list populates, shift tab back to the, change or remove programs
button and down arrow to, add remove Windows components and press your
spacebar.
Arrow down to, Outlook Express and press your spacebar.
Tab to next and enter.
When it is completed you will receive a finish button.
To add Outlook Express again, just repeat the process.
