I run Vista and i had to do the sam ething. On the ones that don't have assigned sounds, you can go through the list and put them in. I had fundoing this on my computer. Hi John;

I understand you are running Windows7 but, this is how I find the Office
sounds running XP Home. The Office sounds are below the Windows Explorer
sounds. That is where the Office97 sounds were installed when I downloaded
them from SeƱor Ferrins website. I go to the control panel / sounds & audio
devices properties / sounds page & tab to Windows. Here I arrow down about
45 times and I get to the Microsoft Office sounds. I have no idea if this
will help you but, hopefully it will help someone running XP who is wanting
to know where to find their office sounds. Take care.
Mike

Please do David. I'd be curious as to how to get those sounds up and
running. I especially like the one that tells you when a printing has been
completed.

It would depend on what sounds you get, for example the main system sound
effects go in to the C:\windows\media directory. I would need to research
where the office sounds go.

Where do I go to get the sounds for the Microsoft applications?
