Don, it isn't as easy as you say. For instance, today I checked my system tray only to discover that mse is gone goodbye. Yvonne's link goes to a video installation instructions that is inaccessible to jaws. Wasn't there a set of accessible installation instructions when we all started using mse? I can't see that yellow bar miss microsoft talks about on the video.
