Hmmm it is, however I havn't seen it anywhere unless its on agarchive I
have the game though and its good.
Sadly that was one of the games, risk I mean I was going to ask jim
kitchen to do as well as ulsas which is all about companies and
positions I think.
I used to play some of these games on home made boards and really liked
them.

Aaron and I are in the process of developing a space based strategy
game that is somewhat based on similar principles, but it's closer in
feel to Axis and Allies than to Risk. It's also not completed yet.
We're not even to beta testing. However, we're hoping to get it done
