Hi Figure, You can thank wizards of the coast. The information on that web site is mostly for publishers of D20 products to reference. It also makes it very handy for blind people to download and use, with a little editing to make things easier to read, it becomes almost as good as the actual manuals. I also have the link for the modern D20 stuff as well, which includes their modern, future, arcana, and menace manuals. It is all perfectly legal supplied by the very company that makes it. I wish the other companies did this as well, especially White Wolf.
