Welcome to realism my friend. And in fact, that is what adds to the car 
spinning out of control. Believe me, once you get used to the realizm of 
it you will find that the steering wheel makes for a very realistic 
experience. Trust me, when someone is driving on the road in real life, 
if the road is straight they still have to occasionally make small 
left/right turns on the wheel to compensate for the ground, uneven 
surfaces, miss-alligned steering, etc.
