I have a Dewalt 12 inch compound miter saw as well and do not hardly use it
I use the one I talked about below. It does what I want it to do and is a
whole lot safer. Oh you get good exercise from it also.

I have an electric craftsman saw.  But for know more than I use a miner box
saw, the saw you talk about would work great for me.
