I have such a toothed bit, I think it was called a drill saw.
It wants to "walk" strongly because of the rotational direction of the tool.
It is also, in my paranoid opinion, very dangerous because there are teeth
all along the shank.  You can carefully touch a spinning drill bit but not 
this puppy.  I used it once to make a 1/4 inch slot in some aluminum angle
and did it with a drill press and a jig that held the angle from moving sideways
and only let me move it the direction I wanted it to go.  It worked but 
wasn't all that fast and made a heck of a racket.

I don't reccommend such a tool for this job, too hard to control and too 
darned dangerous to little blind haptors.
