Hi all,
I'm trying to cut a quarter inch thick sheet of nylon. So far I've tried using a 80 tooth circular saw blade and another that has teeth like a hacksaw blade. In both cases, the cut was terrible and there was a lot of melted nylon along the path of the cut. I also tried to cut the sheet with a utility knife but this wasn't very successful either.
