We have a Ford Focus. The inside handle workds fine for opening the door. But the outside handle is loose. It will open the door if it has been setting unlocked, but if we use the remote to unlock the door, operating the handle will not open it. I can take the inside panel off, but can someone tell me if this is likely to be just a loose something or other in there? Or is it more likely something is broken? Blessings, Tom
