I happen to prefer the single page view of all messages even though I am using
a dial-up connection. But if this were implemented as a user defined posts per
page limit with a setting for unlimited it would presumably satisfy all users.
If implemented, I'd like to see it also apply when looking at the posts from a
specific user, which are currently paged at a fixed limit of 10.
