The language page was correct but I got confused. For example, "You
are currently logged in as:" is correctly included in the language
page but obviously not translated on action.logout. Of course, this
now makes sense because it is an action page and not a message.

As BoltWire reached 3.xx, making it available to a broader range of
people might be the way to go now.
