Some more details:

The first line of action.logout should read:
! >>Logout<<

action.delete has two spaces after "warning" which break translation:
>>Warning:  are you sure you want to delete page:<< **{p}**

action.rename has two missing >> << and I think both strings are
currently not in site.language:
Page $1 already exists. Could not rename.
Page renamed from {p} to {=page} by {=author}


Another question concerning 4).

Why would you prefer custom language action pages instead of making
some more strings being translated (>><<)? It is working beautifully
for several action pages already: view, create, edit... Wouldn't it be
straightforward to scan all action pages for strings that are not yet
tagged with >><< and add them to site.language?
