Essentially you have to redirect / to a field.
# Redirecting / to a field
RewriteCond %{SCRIPT_FILENAME} !-f [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /putfieldnamehere/index.php?p=$1 [QSA,L]
You can repeat this for every field you have.
Second step will be to skip redirection for the images and files
folder.
# Skip the files folders
RewriteRule ^putfieldnamehere/files/.*$ - [L]
Repeat this too.
# Skip images in the farm folder
RewriteRule ^boltwire/farm/img/.*$ - [L]
This should work once for all fields.
Maybe you should zip up your custom installation, run a quick standard
installation with a couple of fields, check out your favourite
rewrites that match your server config, and then try to adapt your
findings to your customized wiki ...
