It isn't healthy, it's disgusting and stinky and yet when I smoked I loved
smoking. Does that make sense? I didn't smoke for very long- only about 2
years, and I've been smoke free for about 7 years but I still finding myself
wanting one every now and then! Talk about a powerful addiction.

Yeah, it definitely isn't healthy.  I'd always wondered why people smoked 
until just recently.  I thought it tasted nasty.  But somehow, about two 
months ago, I just started smoking out of the blue.  I was up to a pack and 
day and then, one morning I woke up, and I didn't feel the urge to smoke.  
This lasted about a month and now I'm back to smoking even more.  Hopefully,

I'll be able to quit soon though!  And actually, it really hasnt helped me 
lose any weight!
