What strikes me as odd...is all these people are sending or rather offering money and stamps to get these books going again and she's buying at ebay? If she has the money to be shopping at ebay then she should have the money to get these books going.
What the real truth is no one knows for sure but WW's. I agree, Sissy, that the books that are sent out on rings and rays come with a contract. An agreement to keep them moving. Sure, sometimes things happen. That's life. But 900 books worth of life? I don't think so. There needs to be list of people that make a habit of this kind of behavior. I certainly don't want books that others are waiting for sucked into a black hole. I give books away. I don't have a problem with the wild releases not being journaled as I kind of expect that from a wild release. But rings and rays and such are a different animal altogether. People that participate do so knowing full well the obligation that comes with the participation.
