bq.I don't know what is the difference between cookie.copy and
newBuilder(cookie).
They differs in their znodeVersion.
#copy - have all the fields of this cookie . This cookie builder is used for
setting the newBookieHost to the oldCookie.
#newBuilder - have all the fields of this cookie except zNodeVersion, which
will be DEFAULT_COOKIE_ZNODE_VERSION. This will be used to create a new cookie
in ZK.
