Also, for the command syntax, when I said "updatecookie -bookieId
<hostname|ip>", I meant that hostname and ip would be constants, so the user
could only specify "updatecookie -bookieId hostname" or "updatecookie -bookieId
ip" and then command would generate the bookieId based on the configuration.
Also, it would check that only "hostname" or "ip" were set. Perhaps this would
be clearer if they were in uppercase. I don't think it's a good idea to have
admin setting arbitrary values for the bookie id.
