Did a factory reset and lowered the volume from 100 % to a lower level so I won't get a heart attack when the Windows start sound plays :) Still don't know why the wolume was reset to 100 % every time Boom connected to LMS. Switched from LMS to mysb.com (thanks to mherger) and back and the lower volume setting is retained. Lackmus test comes tomorrow when I start the work PC :D
