This sounds like an issue with QLMS using a server.prefs with the Boom's volume set to 100 every time it starts LMS
So maybe it's either a permissions issue not allowing changes to be saved to server.prefs or is using a different saved version of server.prefs during boot/LMS startup Just been looking and testing, I can see changes made to my Boom's volume saved immediately to server.prefs. On my QNAP in... /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/LogitechMediaServer/SlimServer/prefs/server.prefs Check your Boom's Mac address in LMS settings information tab and look for _client:thataddress in server.prefs, the volume setting is in the last few lines before the next _client: If nothing else you could look at server.prefs if volume is set to 100 then you could edit the file and change it to a preferred value and then see if stopping/starting QLMS causes it to revert to 100 Kev ------------------------------------------------------------------------ KeBul's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=32883 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=114991 _______________________________________________ Boom mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/boom
