Actually, this two liner msg was related to the topic at hand. We're
trying to help somebody who is having difficulty downloading files,
and we're not sure if it's the BN or the web site or both. So, her
two liner msg was actually on topic because it alerted me to write her
privately and continue the topic elsewhere. No fear, we'll be out of
