Hi everyone, This is Joseph. if the software is ok, then it got something to do with the hardware. That kind of incident happened to me once: dot 7 on the 8th cell didn't come up. So what I did was I excercised the display and it retured to normal. There is a lot of dicussion about this in October or September 2005 monthly mailing list (I'm not sure which, but I saw many incidences.) Try excercising the display. That usually sorts out the problem. If it doesn't help, then you should send your uit back for service. One more thing: you should clean your display periodically, and you should sen your unit back to HumanWare for service at least once a year to clean the display. Thanks.
