Hello List, I was subscribed to this list a while back, but chose to unsubscribe for a few months, but now I am back.
I have a problem with my planner and I am hoping that someone may be able to help so that I don't have to send my unit back for the third time in as many months. the problem I am having, is this: I schedule an appointment and select it to alert me with the alarm and everything goes off just fine. If I have to do reset of any kind before an appointment is scheduled to sound with the alarm, it will not go off. this is annoying, because I have missed several appointments that were rather important. When I try to run the maintenance repair, it will ask me if I want to back up the current appointments I say both yes or no, and it comes back and says that it cannot be completed due to their not being enough memory on the flash disk. I have also deleted the keyplan folder and all of its contents, and then performed a reset, and I still have the same results with the planner. If anyone has come across this problem, or has some suggestions as how to fix this, I would very much appreciate it. thank you, Robert
