Are you using a classic or mPower? Make sure that you've set your active
sync connecting options correctly; if you're connecting using a serial purt,
make sure it's set to serial port. if it's USB, make sure it's set to USB on
the Braille Note.

We are unable to get our daughter's Braillenote B32 to sync with any
computer. We've tried several 9 pin cords so it doesn't seem to be a bad
cord. All suggestions welcome!
