Why must you always use this list as a means to insult and demean? If you're not happy with the product, why not take it up with customer support?? Why must we wade through one complaint of yours after another plus all the responses?? Most of us feel priveliged to have such a device that has enriched our lives greatly. It's too bad you're so dissatisfied. Judging from other's messages, I'm not the only one tired of hearing about it. Patti
