Sandi, Just to clarify, doing resets doesn't hurt the BN in any way. The only exception to that seems to be that when you are in the middle of moving or deleting Email, or freeing database space, you shouldn't interrupt the process with a reset. Other than that, you can press the reset button on the left side of the unit for a regular reset, and it won't hurt, it may even help if your BN gets sluggish or unresponsive.
