>>>Subject: [Braillenote] attachment issues!

>>>I've had an issue with a few attachments I've received from a professor.
>>>When I press "enter" on the attachment, the mPower prompts "detach or
>>>read?". This is all fine, but here's where things get... frustrating. If
>>>I choose detach, it'll bring up a message asking me if I wish to translate
>>>the file into a KeyWord document. When I say yes, I receive a message
>>>saying, "the file converter found the input file is not a valid word 6.0 95
>>>or 97 document." This is followed by me having to do a reset on the mPower
>>>because it freezes.

>>>If I choose to read the file, I get the same message as well. Does anyone
>>>have a clue as to what this means? I have been able to receive some
>>>attachments from this professor before, but I just don't get it!

>>>If anyone has any ideas and or suggestions, they'd be great, because she
>>>sends me class worksheets so I can follow along in class with the mPower,
>>>but not if I can't open the attachments!

>>>Thank you

>>>Katie
