Hi Rhonda, this behaviour is exactly the same on all BrailleNote models. It's the same software in this regard.

The dots 2,6 or the dots 3,4 chord work on the BN. I'm very surprised they don't make this the same. Generally speaking, as with the address list, when writing a phone number, you don't need a number sign. When you're setting the clock you don't need one, so this is pretty standard. Yet, if you are entering a month into the planner, and the day, and the year, a number sign is required. If you don't, it's considered invalid. Go figure. >----- Original Message ----- >From: Isaac Obie <[EMAIL PROTECTED] >To: Braillenote List <[email protected] >Date: Tue, 30 Aug 2005 08:25:12 -0400 (EDT) >Subject: Re: [Braillenote] planner >Rhonda, >Only certain parts didn't work like the dots 3,4 and the number signs are >required. the rest probably is fine. but I am quite surprised because they >intend to combine all products under one software in future and I just >wonder if this will cause issues. >Isaac >On Tue, 30 Aug 2005, Rhonda Clark wrote: >> Isaac, I'll disregard my instructions as you said.
