Add another to the list. I'll call them rather then send an email and not be sure it goes through. since I am already on the phone with them I hope as am on hold so bet everyone is calling in. The customer service rep told me they are still ading serials to the site so it could take 24 hours. I think this should of all been taken care of before the announcement, sure would of took the customer service and extra work load off them and made it work as it should of for us customers providing a good customer experience.
