Hi Sarah and List, Wel, dear lady, you have a good point! Blindness isn't the issue when it comes to downloading. However, it does help if you have experience installing software and are generally handy with computer-related stuff! What I'm curious to know is, do you have to follow beeps and tones when downloading? Also, are the product keys correct ow? (I have some frustrated deaf-blind friends asking these questions!) Needless to say, I wouldn't attempt to download on my own. However, even with the SD card, I need to know if the download requires following beeps and tones? KC
