HI Mate, My partner Robyn has a Braillenote 32 Classic. In my opinion, the upgrade process couldn't be more easier. Of course I didn't bother getting her upgrade on a cf card as I have heaps of those here already. I just downloaded her product key and the NK.bin file and put both of these files onto a cf card. Then I installed her product key which incidentally is also dead easy to do and then I followed the instructions which after the first few lines I could guess the rest as the installation process prompts you for most of it anyway. I don't know, how much easier the installation process could be? Anyway, my partner Robyn is now enjoying KS7. I did have a little play with KS7 and was impressed with it However, since I use the Pac Mate, I ended up handing the BN over to Robyn. She assures me the new upgrade is brilliant. I am also sure that if I need to fix anything in KS7 that'll be easy to do as well.

Tortuous process though - could do better Humanware! To answer a question from somebody else, I had to ring Humanware to discover that they would send out the upgrade on an SD card. Not sure of this would have happened if I had not rung. I was looking into buying an SD card and a card writer as I thought that was what I was expected to do. Luckily I had not done that. Perhaps HUm,anware has put all their effort into improving the software instead.....
