Hi Andrew: 1. The M-Power is connecting via Active Sync and we have a partnership set up with all of the options such as calendar, contacts, ETC. unchecked since we're not syncing files. I've heard differing views on whether the Contacts and Calendar should be checked or unchecked. We're running Active Sync Version 3.8.
2. Keysync is running on the PC. There is a log file from today which has several lines of the following: 1:23:45 Keysync Server Started We're running Keysync Version 2.0.0.3. 3. When we get the M-Power connected and go into utilities and his "s" to synchronize, then "s" again for Synchronize now", it says "connecting, please wait. After about 30 seconds or so, it says "An error has occurred, the virtual circuit was reset by the remote side. We have the options set on the Keysync setup to synchronize contacts as my wife doesn't want to sync the planner. So, it looks like we have everything set up right. We've deleted and re-established the partnerships on the PC several times and this hasn't helped.
