Sarah, this is concerning. What state was your flash disk in after this
happened? Was it completely blank but accessible? We'll need to
investigate this I think.

RE: [Braillenote] Lost all my files after doing a reset

I'm so sorry this happened to you. I had this happen on Christmas Eve and
had to restore from a three-day-old backup. I just learned about the
incremental backup, (after almost four years of heavy BN use, you would
think I would have known about that), so I back up daily now.

Subject: [Braillenote] Lost all my files after doing a reset

Hi, I just lost all my files except for the ones that came with my braille
note. I went to play a game and I hit enter and it froze. I turned it
off and then turned it back on. Then I did a reset with it turned on
cause that is how I thought one should do it and when it came back on the
keynote voice was there and all my files were gone. I did save them to
the flash drive. Are my files gone for good. I tried reseting again too
after the first one. I just don't know what happened. Is there anyway I
can get them back? I have learned from experience to always go to the
main menu so the information will be saved and I have been doing that and
my files are still gone.
Please help if possible.
Malaina
