Hi Kevin and all, I have a question in response to your information. I am one of the few who panicked when I heard about the m Power crashing today. I was and maybe still am, very serious about purchasing it. Do you mean that for example, when turning off the Braille Note you should remove your compact flash card. I have my books from bookshare on it. I now have the classic, and have never removed the card. Also, when you say you lose files, do you also lose your address book, e-mails, and key word files. I am not at all computer savoy, that is why I use the Braille Note and Braille and Speak. Thanks. Linda Paul
