So far as I can find, there is no way to make the cycle count go back to 1,
it isn't going to happen ever based on what I read and observe.  You are
going to have to live with that fact.  Not my idea, just the way it appears
to be, your milage may vary.

I got my vnqt mpower at the beginning of January, it was shipped 
at the end of December.  My batery cycle count is at 27.  I can't 
figure out how to make it go back to one.  I've run my battery 
flat and that does nothing.  I've not recalibrated though. Stacey and Amigo
