Richard;
I have put NFB in the title field of my address so if some day I might be able
to write to all my NFB friends. I think this is an example of what Rhonda is
talking about.

Hi Richard and list:

Richard, here is kind of a work-around for what you want to do
regarding sending group email. You will have to manually write
the addresses for a field you select.

1. In a field that you don't normally use in your address book,
write a code name, such as "book club." (This could be in the
"middle name" field, or any other field you don't use for
addresses.

2. When you want to send an email to a group, go to the "to"
prompt, and press Backspace L (Ctrl L.

3. You will see "selection list for address list."

4. Go down to the field you have selected. Don't press Enter,
but write in "book club", or the name you have chosen.

5. Press Enter. All of those addresses will show up there.

6. Press E chord, (Escape). You will see, "also send to. You
can go down to the subject line, and send your email.

Good luck, and hope this will work for you.
