Hi Rhonda, my Friend.  I tried refreshing the page, navigating away and then 
back, clearing temp files, cookies, and history, and did all four types of 
resets.  None of it has been more than a very temporary fix.  One of these days 
I'll sit down and go through all those numbers in support info mode and see if 
I get similar results to Vicky.  Until then, my reset button is getting quite a 
workout. [Grins]

Here is a thought on the downloading issue.  I know there is 
hesitation about doing a service reset for many mPower users.  
Also, I wonder if cookies are being cleared, as well as deleting 
the temporary history.
