Evidently this is a little documented process. I found out on the internet at various sites how to get connected. One person said they had chatted with a person on the Cingular web site who had given them the correct info. Another poster on a site was a Cingular employee and admitted that most Cingular employees are clewless when it comes to connecting a PDA to a cell phone and getting on line.
This isn't just an issue with the BN, though I shy away from disclosing that I am using a BN because most people automatically say "I don't know" when they see adaptive equipment. I refer to my BN as a PDA and take down as much info as I can get. Then later I figure out how it relates to my BN. I'm happy to help any one who needs help getting connected through a cell phone via Cingular.
