Ok this is a help for me but what do you mean number? Do you write a number
sign or the number for cingular?
I just don't get it and Vicki sent me the information last summer and it
died with my t-30 so I no longer have it.
I mean that info went on crash #7.
We had 2 more after that.
Ok I'll get off before I'm thrown off but again I simply don't get how to
set this cell phone up.

It doesn't matter what user name and password you choose. The carrier
doesn't care what is in those fields, but the BN wants to have something
there, so I just put Cingular in both fields. This works fine. Also, in
the phone number field, enter the following string instead of a phone
number:
*99#
