Hello folks!
I would like to take this opportunity to publically praise a most cheerful young lady named Sam from Humanware Tech Support whom in about 2 minutes got my Braille Display working in tip top order in Grade 2 Braille again. With all of the whining, crying and complaining which gets generated on lists such as this, I think Humanware Staff, especially those in New Zeland should know that your staff are highly professional and certainly have satisfied me in a most timely manner. I also would like to praise Dave Wilkinson who called me in a timely manner and gave helpful hints which although did not solve the problem immediately, gave me ideas for future referance.
So to all the staff of Humanware a huge Thank you.
