[Braillenote] upgrade on the sd card

  A few weeks ago I received my 7.0 upgrade on a sd card with 
instructions for upgrading my unit.  I have a braillenote mpower, the 
bt model.  I'm a bit confused by the procedures.  First of all, do I 
have to download the product key.  Secondly, do I have to download 
the bootloader?

Any help would be greatly appreciated?
